Error : 12-1-21 - FLASH - END OF LIFE CYCLE - UNABLE TO CAPTURE PHOTO

This error has occured due to end of Life Cycle of Flash Player.

Solution : Change the date to 11-1-2021 and then click Capture Photo and Thumb

Error : UID Not Matching Error on 5-11-2020 & 6-11-2020

After doing 100's of trials and almost locking up of 4-5 devices, I was able to find the solution, which is as under: -

1. On the Admission Screen enter Aadhar No and Click Verify E-KYC
2. Ask the client to keep the thumb. - this is very much important
3. Then only Click Open, Click Ok for RD Service Running message.
4. Then Click Capture
5. When it shows the message Thumb Captured Successfully
6. Ask the Client to Remove the Thumb - this is very much important
7. Then only Click Verify and Close.
8. Aadhar should get verified.
9. In case if it does not happens, follow the solution of below K-100 of Rotating the Device.

Error : K 100 : Resident Authentication Failed

Reason : Either Thumb of your client is not matching or Aadhar is Locked or Secugen Device needs Key rotation

Solution : Ask your client if Aadhar is "LOCKED" and if not ask to wash / rinse the hands with Soap and apply some powder or vaseline. Please check with other clients Verification is properly done or not and if not please follow the below steps:

1. Go to My Computer -> c:/Program Files(x86)/Secugen/RD Service/sgirdclient.exe

2. Click Rotate Keys

3. Click Activate Device (it should show you RD Service Ready)

4. Trial Site for Aadhar Checking Senior Citizens

Error : AADHAR NOT VERIFYING EVEN IF IT IS UNLOCKED

1. Go to My Computer -> c:/Program Files(x86)/Secugen/RD Service/sgirdclient.exe

2. Click Rotate Keys

3. Click Activate Device (it should show you RD Service Ready)

4. If it shows "Biometric is not allowed to do registration currently"

5. Note the Sr. No and check it under http://www.secugenindia.com/check-device-status

6. If RD Service is expired, please renew it for one year only.

Error : ERR_CERT_REVOKED

Internet Explorer > Tools> Internet options> Advanced - Scroll and Goto Security Option then Uncheck the 'Check for server certificate revocation'.

Restart Internet Explorer and then try.

Error : RD Service Not Running

Reason for Error : Multiple Failed Attempts

Solution : Start Menu --> Type "SERVICES", find and Double Click Secugen RD Service on right panel and Click Start

Error : Fingerprint Capture Error Code 3

Reason for Error : Device not Detected

Solution : Reinsert the device to a different port.

Error : Fingerprint Capture Error Code 5

Reason for Error : Thumb not kept before clicking Capture / Thumb not detected

Solution : Ask the customer to keep the thumb firmly on the device or clean the device by soft cloth or tissue.

Error : Please verify the payment before viewing the draft

Reason for Error : This error generally comes because of dummy challan no.

Solution : Get the challan payment done before draft agreement and also verify the same.

Error : 1001 / 1009

Reason for Error : This error generally comes because there is settings reset from the server.

Solution : Uninstall Secugen Web Api and Reinstall after the restart.

Error : SGIBiosrv Not Running

Reason : Windows Update

Solution : Install Webapi 32 bit or 64 bit available on Secugen Website or from our Home Page

Error : Unable to capture Thumb at the time of Execution

Reason : Windows Update in Windows 7 only.

Solution : Start Menu -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Trusted Sites -> Custom Level -> Enable all options and Disable "Only allow approved Domains"

Important Notes :

1. Please note stamp duty payment should be made immediately within 24 hours after the Verification of any of the Party in the File whichever is First. Else the same gets rejected as per Section 17 of Stamp Duty Act.

2. Verification of Aadhar in efilingigr.maharashtra.gov.in/ereg works only in Internet Explorer 9 or above. However, data entry and submission can be done in other Speedy Browsers also.

3. Secugen Pro 20 is the only device till now supported by IGR website. For any devices Issue, please contact their Andheri East office of Secugen India.

Error : undefined at the time of making Stamp Duty Payment on Gras Site

Reason : some scripts are getting blocked.

Solution : Make payment through Google Chrome, when undefined message comes, at the address bar, please click on - sign and click i trust this script.

How to Activate External Camera

1. Dont connect the External Camera
2. Press start and type Device Manager and Open it
3. Double Click "Camera" or "Imaging Devices"
4. You will see your Camera Name
5. Right Click on it and Click Disable the Device
6. Now Connect External Camera
7. The work is Done.
